I finally reached my 20 pound mark today! I've lost exactly 20.6 pounds since March 3, 2008. Almost half of the weight I lost happened this month after I started the South Beach Diet (exactly 9.6 lbs). My clothes are starting to get baggy now, and my wedding ring and watch have become more loose. My energy level has also increased. Overall, I feel healthier than I did several months ago, and I'm happier as well. :)
20.6 pounds down, 64.2 more pounds to go.
